Training and Mentorship

We offer training and mentorship through the Fingrow Young Leadership Program (FYLP) and the Fingrow Summer Associate Program (FSAP).
FYLP is a competitive 12-week training and mentorship program for fresh graduates. It provides them a chance to acquire on-the-job experience in a fast-paced work environment. FSAP is an intensive and competitive 12-week summer training program that provides exemplary graduate school students the chance to get a diverse experience and participate in shaping the Financial landscape in East Africa Region and beyond.
We also train other professionals on investments and finance in a bid to contribute to the growth of financial journalism and improve the quality of information available to the public.
